Surviving the Pandemic as an ‘OK’!

I don’t know who else wants to hear this?
Is it OK, to be unproductive?
Is it OK, to slow your pace in this competitive world?
Is it OK, to not feel guilty about not achieving the targets in the designated span?
Is it OK, to feel ‘OK’ when you should be feeling terrible inside?
Answer to these above questions may not be as simple as a Yes or a No. When the questions are subjective answers as well would be.
You may take time to be productive again!
You may slow your pace, even nature took its time to revive!
You may ultimately achieve all your targets, ‘keeping your mind healthy and stressing out less’ should be of utmost priority.
You may feel better once you have made peace with being ‘OK’ but do not drag yourself into a bog of guilt nor let anyone else push you.
YOU MAY, if need be YOU SHOULD.

Kübler-Ross model sure has 5 stages of grief, DENIAL- ANGER- DEPRESSION- BARGAINING- ACCEPTANCE, why not cut all the crap, save that time and concentrate on just the last one from the beginning?
Biggest challenge is to accept being ‘OK’ when you always have been more than that. If you have survived being ‘OK’ in these difficult times, you are qualified to be the best!
